2. General Contracting Procedure

Failure to do so may constitute a breach of these terms and may result in the termination of the contract with ANDREINA MERMAID EXPERIENCES S.L.

3. Order Validation

Once the purchase has been completed, ANDREINA MERMAID EXPERIENCES S.L will immediately send the user an order confirmation email.

If the customer does not agree with the details contained in the confirmation, they may request a modification or cancellation of the order within a maximum period of seven (7) business days from the confirmation date, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

4. Prices

The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website at the time the order is placed. All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain.

Consequently, in some cases, the final order price may differ from the price shown on the website.

All items indicate their availability at the time their attributes are selected.
If all items in the order are in stock and the order has been confirmed and paid before 2:00 PM, every effort will be made to begin processing the order on the same day.

8. Cancellations, Returns, and Right of Withdrawal

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
To cancel an order, the customer must send an email to sachercontact@gmail.com indicating the order reference number.

Any refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal allows consumers to return a product within a maximum period of 14 calendar days without having to provide any reason and without penalty, except in the cases provided for in Articles 107.2 and 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
