- Avoid spraying harsh chemicals or any lotion that contains alcohol directly on the piece.
- Store it properly. Keep your jewellery in a dry place when not in use.
- Clean gently. Use a soft cloth to maintain its shine and remove any residue.
- Water-friendly. After using it in the sea or in a pool, wash it with fresh water and a little soap, it will help it last even longer.
*Remember: waterproof means the piece won't turn green on your skin if you get it wet. But it may eventually lose its shine if you wet it every day.
Everything you need to know
All of our jewelry is made on a base of 316L stainless steel, also known as surgical steel, as it is water-resistant and hypoallergenic.
On top of this base, we apply an 18K gold plating for gold pieces and a 925 silver plating for silver pieces.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes, you may return a product as long as it is in new, unused condition and includes the original packaging provided at the time of purchase.If the product was purchased in a physical store, you may exchange it for another piece within 15 calendar days, provided you present the purchase receipt.
Refunds are not available for in-store purchases unless the item was defective or damaged prior to delivery.

Exchanges
You may request an exchange provided that:
- The product is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
