On top of this base, we apply an 18K gold plating for gold pieces and a 925 silver plating for silver pieces.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes, you may return a product as long as it is in new, unused condition and includes the original packaging provided at the time of purchase.If the product was purchased in a physical store, you may exchange it for another piece within 15 calendar days, provided you present the purchase receipt.
Refunds are not available for in-store purchases unless the item was defective or damaged prior to delivery.

Exchanges
You may request an exchange provided that:
- The product is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
- The request is made within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
- The return is requested within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
💳 Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

For hygiene and personalization reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Personalized or engraved products
- Earrings or other items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
